Bed Time

What a change from this morning! We (like I had a role in the decision making process) drained and monitored and she woke up, watched Sponge Bob, had her hair combed out and braided, bandage changed from PICC line, and laid her sweet self down and fell asleep! Totally different kiddo from this morning! The pressure is the issue, and unfortunately it is too hard to manage without a shunt valve. She has not thrown up again since 4 a.m., so here's to hoping tonight goes as well. They limited the tube feeding to 40cc instead of 60. Maybe that will do the trick.....along with meds.
