Shortly after the outbreak was contained, our favorite nurse Daniella brought a friend to check and make sure the gloves were suitable for rooster use.....
Then it was the highly requested by moms event.....nap time. Or in this case nap time for Faith and pretend nap time for AJ!
Then we moved to necklace making with the wonderful beads provided by Child Life at PCH! After necklaces were made we had leftovers from lunch for dinner....watched some tv, had popcorn snacks and then discovered we had a messy bed!!! (How did that happen??)
Then Aunt Tracy helped mommy make a fresh bed...and Faith climbed in. A high five to AJ for all the fun they had today!
We love spending time with family and friends! It makes the days go so much faster! We are counting down to Monday....5 days to surgery, and hopefully home by the 18th! The doctors are all on a holding pattern and we are staying steady on course. One of her incision sites for the exploratory surgery is a bit too red and itchy so we have an antibiotic cream to prevent any problems there. Other than that she is doing very well and all her labs continue to look great! Thanks for the continued well wishes and prayers!
