ONE MORE DAY TILL SURGERY!!!!
Our day has been wonderfully slow! Faith slept well, and did not even bat an eye when they drew her pre-op bloodwork at 4 a.m.! Aunt Tracy came by so Mommy could shower and trim her bangs in the bathroom (I stole the nurses scissors, bad I know, but the bang comb over was much worse!!!!!) LOLOL
Then we took a short walk twice around the unit. That was nice to stretch our legs again. And it helped us realize her IV was dripping. It sprung a leak! That prompted clean sheets and new pipes!
Because she has a PICC line it is masks for everyone!
Then Shubhra came by to visit! She found Elmo hanging out and and brought him too!!!! And she also brought a Tinkerbell art studio so Faith can make a magic wand and bust us out of here!!! :)
It was so nice to see her! Mommy loves it when we have visitors.
*****I hope everyone that has come to visit us knows how much we love them and how appreciative we are that they took time out of their day and their own busy lives to trek up here to spend some time with us. It makes us feel loved and supported. That means more to us than you know!
Faith Marie made a get well picture for the teenager that was hit by the car the other day. He is in a medically induced coma so his body can start to heal. The mom is hopeful that he will recover and we are praying he does!
Daddy should be here within the hour, so we better get our hair prettied up! More later!
